Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Metro by T-Mobile team. In this role, you will help customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs, provide outstanding customer service, and drive store sales. The ideal candidate is motivated, reliable, tech-savvy, and enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive in-store experience
• Sell Metro by T-Mobile phones, accessories, service plans, and promotions
• Assist customers with upgrades, activations, bill payments, and troubleshooting
• Explain product features, pricing, and wireless plans clearly and confidently
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards
• Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Stay updated on new products, promotions, and company policies
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (wireless experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise
