Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting the best mobile devices, plans, and accessories tailored to their needs
- Educate customers on product features, plan options, and promotional offers to enhance their experience
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring a clean shopping environment
- Troubleshoot basic device issues and provide guidance on device setup and usage
- Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with merchandise deliveries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service during busy periods
Requirements
- Passion for technology and a strong interest in mobile devices and services
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required — we provide training!
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is advantageous
