Duties
- Lead and manage all restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities.

- Oversee inventory control, including ordering, receiving, and managing stock levels to minimize waste.
- Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance culinary skills and customer service.
- Foster a positive work environment by mentoring staff and promoting teamwork.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience.
- Coordinate catering services and special events as needed.
Skills
- Strong background in Culinary arts with a deep understanding of food production processes.
