- Participate in estimating, bidding, and project cost management.
- Oversee job scheduling, quantity reporting, and overall project profitability.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage unexpected delays, weather issues, and site emergencies.
- Assist in developing and enforcing site safety plans.
- Engage with owners, general contractors, and stakeholders through meetings and project updates.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in heavy civil, road, or site construction.
- 5 years of project management experience in construction.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of strategic planning, resource allocation, and project coordination.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable under company standards.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience in bidding and estimating.
