The Opportunity
As Branch Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving commercial growth across your territory while leading, coaching, and developing a team of Territory Sales Managers. You'll play a key role in executing the company's growth strategy, increasing market share, and ensuring your team consistently delivers exceptional customer value.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines sales management, coaching, strategic planning, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Territory Sales Managers to maximize performance.
- Execute regional growth strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Drive new business acquisition while expanding existing customer relationships.
- Support complex sales opportunities through a consultative, solution-based approach.
- Develop and implement territory plans that align with national sales objectives.
- Foster collaboration across sales, service, and operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to achieve business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of experience in industrial or capital equipment sales.
- Previous sales leadership or sales management experience preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing new business while growing existing accounts.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Commercially driven with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience within industrial equipment, compressed air, rotating equipment, pumps, flow control, automation, or related engineered products is highly desirable.
- Spanish language skills are advantageous but not essential.
- Strong computer proficiency; ERP experience (particularly SAP) is beneficial.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
