Regional President – Florida Region
Full-Time | Senior Leadership Role
Reports To: President, Florida/Georgia/Alabama Region
Direct Reports: 3–4 Division Presidents
Overview:
The Regional President will provide strategic oversight and leadership for operations across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. This individual will guide multiple divisions, drive performance, and play a key role in identifying and executing on new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Regional President to implement the company’s mission of delivering exceptional quality and value.
- Direct and support Division Presidents in daily operations, strategic initiatives, and long-term growth planning.
- Lead the development and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans—including forecasts for sales, starts, and closings.
- Monitor profitability, performance, and operational effectiveness across multiple homebuilding divisions.
- Champion the company’s asset-light model, collaborating on land acquisition and partnerships with external developers and land bankers.
- Ensure that the land pipeline aligns with the company’s future growth goals and financial philosophy.
- Oversee the review and approval of land purchase contracts and submissions to internal committees.
- Identify and launch new market opportunities, building teams and systems that align with company culture and objectives.
- Promote a “to-be-built” sales strategy, minimizing reliance on speculative inventory.
- Provide operational leadership across divisions, including efficiency improvements, customer satisfaction, cost control, and financial performance metrics.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- 7–10 years of senior-level homebuilding management, preferably with oversight of multiple divisions producing 1,500 homes annually.
