Job Description
The Regional President is a key executive leader responsible for overseeing multiple PACE centers. This role drives performance across clinical, operational, and financial domains, while ensuring alignment with federal and state compliance standards. Key responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, leading growth initiatives, optimizing budget performance, mentoring leadership teams, and expanding access to services. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, deep knowledge of senior care systems, and a commitment to mission-driven leadership.
Education & Work Experience Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, preferably in elder care, long-term care, or value-based care environments.
- Experience at similar organization (size, budget, complexity) in healthcare operations management, administrative supervision, or related experience required
- Deep expertise in healthcare regulations, particularly Medicare & Medicaid
- Familiarity with healthcare information systems, EMRs, and business intelligence tools, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Expertise in PACE Programs: Thorough understanding of the PACE model of care and its regulatory framework
