Metric Geo are actively recruiting for a seasoned Project Superintendent to lead construction efforts for a large & reputable GC in the Kansas City region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on guiding field operations, enforcing high quality standards, and ensuring project performance on large & complex projects. The ideal candidate will have a robust track record in managing heavy civil projects, strong collaboration skills, and the drive to deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budgets.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Oversee all field operations for civil projects, including earthwork, grading, underground utilities, concrete, and related scopes.
- Monitor schedule, quality, and safety compliance across trades and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with project leadership, design teams, and client representatives on technical execution.
- Lead, mentor, and manage field staff and subcontractors to deliver high performance.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in civil construction supervision or project-level field leadership.
