Project Manager – Hospitality (Hotel Focus) & Mixed Use | New York City (Hybrid)
I am currently working on behalf of a leading global construction consultancy that is expanding its Project Management team in New York City.
The firm operates across 30 countries with 4,600 professionals worldwide, delivering services across Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Advisory, and Sustainability.
They are now seeking a Project Manager with strong experience delivering complex projects across Hotels & Leisure (primary focus), Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Education & Research, and Infrastructure. The role is based in a Midtown Manhattan office with a hybrid working model, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile, large-scale developments alongside leading developers, owners, and design teams.
What they are looking for:
- 5 years experience in consultancy, owner’s rep, or general contracting
- Experience delivering hospitality or large-scale commercial projects
- Strong stakeholder management across design and construction teams
- Ability to manage projects from preconstruction through completion
