Metric Geo is confidentially partnered with an established heavy civil contractor looking to add a Project Manager to its team in Indianapolis.
This is an opportunity for someone with a strong background in earthwork, underground utilities, and paving, particularly across INDOT highway and roadway projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage heavy civil projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Oversee earthwork, underground utilities, and paving operations on INDOT and other public projects.
- Manage budgets, schedules, cost forecasting, and project profitability.
- Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
Ideal Background
- Project Management experience within heavy civil construction.
- Strong experience across earthwork, underground utilities, and paving.
- Previous INDOT or DOT highway/roadway project experience.
- Proven ability to manage project finances, schedules, and field operations.
