Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Analyst
Fontana, California On Site
An established industrial and aerospace services organization is seeking a Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Analyst to support operational excellence initiatives across its Southern California facility.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early career Lean professional to gain direct exposure to senior leadership, including working closely with the COO, while driving meaningful process improvements on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives across operations
Assist in executing multiple active improvement projects simultaneously
Perform process mapping, time studies, and workflow analysis
Identify inefficiencies and implement practical, hands on solutions
Partner closely with leadership to support operational priorities
Help develop and maintain standard work, tools, and processes
Troubleshoot and resolve day to day operational challenges
Qualifications
Background in Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement
Six Sigma Green Belt preferred or in progress
Strong understanding of basic mechanical and process concepts
Experience with process mapping, time studies, and Lean tools
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
Compensation and Benefits
Salary starting at 80000 plus depending on experience
