Land Entitlements Manager
Top Homebuilder – Myrtle Beach, SC / Wilmington, NC
We’re seeking an experienced Land Entitlements Manager to support our growing Coastal Carolinas division. This role will be based in our Myrtle Beach office, with the option to work from Wilmington for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all entitlement efforts across the region from Myrtle Beach, SC to Jacksonville, NC
- Manage rezoning applications, public hearings, and municipal approvals
- Oversee land planning, due diligence, and coordination with consultants and local jurisdictions
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient project approvals
Qualifications:
- Several years of direct rezoning and land-planning experience required
- Background in engineering, land development, or managing entitlement efforts for a builder or development firm
- Coastal Carolinas or Wilmington/Myrtle Beach market experience preferred
- Strong candidates from the Raleigh market will also be considered due to proximity
