Role Overview:
As Florida CEI Regional Manager, you’ll lead the charge in growing the firm’s CEI operations across the region, driving business development, building out the local team, and ensuring the seamless delivery of high-impact construction engineering and inspection projects. You’ll provide strategic oversight, mentor top-tier engineering talent, and champion operational excellence. In this agile, forward-thinking consultancy, your voice will carry weight at the highest level. Beyond leading CEI, you’ll help shape the broader direction of the company as a core member of its senior leadership.

Requirements:
- Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Senior project engineer approval by FDOT
- Proven leadership experience in the CEI space
- Familiarity with FDOT districts 2, 5 & 3
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of driving office growth and securing new clients.
- Excellent communication and management skills.
