An innovative national firm is looking for an transportation practice leader in their Miami or Orlando Locations.
This role will be the primary focus point for project delivery on FDOT and municipal projects throughout central and southern Florida. Candidates will be leading a team of P.E's and junior engineers with a mid size ESOP consultancy.
This role is perfect for candidates with 8-15 years of experience who want to be an employee owner and step into a leadership role with a consultancy that stands out.
Candidates must have:
- Minimum of 8 years of practical design experience in transportation engineering, highway design, and local street design.
- Knowledge of FDOT design and standards.
- PE license in FL.
- Experience in business development and project development processes, including marketing activities, client development, project tracking and proposal development.
