- Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
- Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
- Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

🔹 What we're looking for:
- BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in FL
- 15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development (commercial and/or SFD).
- 5 years in Project Management or a leadership role
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
