Director of Land Development

A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Director of Land Development to lead their Jacksonville team. If you're a seasoned P.E with a passion for shaping communities, we want to connect with you.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

🔹 What we're looking for:

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in FL
• 15 years of experience in civil engineering in land development (commercial and/or SFD).
• 5 years in Project Management or a leadership role
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
