Outside Sales Representative – Industrial Equipment
Location: Northeast Arkansas
Territory: Local/Regional – No Overnight Travel Required
The Opportunity
We are partnering with an established industrial equipment company looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to its Arkansas team.
This is an attractive opportunity for an industrial salesperson who wants the earning potential of a growth-focused sales role without having to build a territory from scratch. You will inherit an established territory, with a roughly 50/50 split between existing accounts and new business.
The territory covers Northeast Arkansas, with a preference for someone based around Jonesboro, although there is flexibility on location.

What You'll Be Doing
You will take ownership of an established industrial sales territory, developing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow new business.
Customers include manufacturing facilities across markets such as paper, poultry and food processing, with sales opportunities covering both new equipment and aftermarket requirements.
The role will involve:
- Managing and growing existing industrial accounts
- Prospecting and developing new customers across the territory
- Identifying capital equipment and aftermarket opportunities
- Working directly with manufacturing customers to understand technical requirements
- Developing long-term relationships with plant, maintenance, engineering and operations contacts
- Managing the sales process from initial opportunity through close
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Industrial outside sales experience
- Technical sales experience
- Experience selling industrial capital equipment
- Proven ability to sell into manufacturing environments
Direct compressed air experience is preferred, but not essential. We are interested in strong industrial salespeople who understand how to sell technical equipment into manufacturing customers.
