Senior Site Manager / Lead Superintendent – High-End Residential
Supporting a leading high-end residential construction firm in Jackson, WY, seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Superintendent to oversee ground-up custom homes and luxury remodels. This is a key leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes full ownership of on-site execution, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Lead:
- Full oversight of day-to-day site operations on complex, high-end residential projects
- Leadership of all trades, subcontractors, and field personnel, ensuring top-tier workmanship and safe, clean job sites
- Development and management of project schedules (Microsoft Project or similar)
- Proactive issue resolution, daily progress tracking, and quality control management
- Review and interpretation of architectural plans, technical details, and design specifications
- Regular coordination with project managers, architects, designers, owners, and consultants
- Enforcement of all OSHA standards, safety protocols, and site compliance requirements
- Maintain a highly professional, organized, and detail-oriented project environment at all times
Who We’re Looking For:
- 8 years of supervisory experience in high-end custom residential construction (luxury, bespoke, or architect-driven projects preferred)
- Strong technical knowledge across construction phases—from sitework to finishes
- OSHA certifications required; Site Safety Manager preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and related project management tools
- Hands-on construction background with a keen eye for craftsmanship and detail
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate directly with high-expectation clients
- Self-motivated leader who excels in organized, fast-moving environments
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
