What you’ll do…

• Lead Commissioning Programs: Oversee and standardize commissioning processes across multiple data center projects.
• Coordinate Teams & Schedules: Integrate Cx activities with design, construction, and operations to meet key milestones.
• Manage Vendors & Consultants: Direct third-party Cx agents to ensure compliance with Owner’s Project Requirements and standards.
• Ensure Quality & Readiness: Track issues, testing, and documentation to achieve safe, reliable, and on-time handover.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Capture lessons learned and refine global commissioning strategies.

You should have...

• 8 years of experience in commissioning or MEP project management for mission-critical facilities (data centers, hospitals, labs, or industrial).
• Strong technical knowledge of power and cooling systems (UPS, generators, switchgear, chillers, CRAH/CRAC, BMS/EPMS).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Experience in hyperscale or colocation data center environments (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; able to translate complex technical detail into clear, actionable plans.

Preferred Qualifications

• PE, CxA, CCP, or PMP certification
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data centers
• Familiarity with commissioning software (CxAlloy, Facility Grid, etc.)
• Knowledge of Uptime Institute Tier standards and integrated systems testing
• Proven success managing multi-site or regional Cx programs
