They’re a high-end, well-respected manufacturer with a product portfolio that includes compressors, vacuum pumps, and other flow control equipment.
Branch Sales Manager:
The Branch Sales Manager is responsible for leading all sales operations and business development activities from the Fredericksburg, VA branch. We are seeking a proven sales leader with experience in industrial B2B sales who can drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage a high-performing sales team while ensuring exceptional customer service across the territory.
Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience in industrial equipment B2B sales
· Experience with industrial products (essential), capital equipment preferred
· Previous sales leadership or branch management experience preferred
· A 4-year degree in engineering and/or business administration (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive branch sales growth and achieve established revenue targets
· Lead, mentor, and support sales team members to maximize performance
· Identify and pursue opportunities for new business development
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the territory
· Manage existing accounts to ensure they are well served and their revenue potential is maximized
· Oversee branch operations and ensure alignment with company objectives
· Effectively utilize the company’s CRM system to track opportunities and sales activity
Skills/Personal Qualifications:
· Based in or willing to relocate to Fredericksburg, VA, with the ability to travel throughout the territory
· Proven ability to sell and educate customers on technical products
· Strong leadership and team development skills
· An excellent communicator with management experience
· A critical thinker who requires little guidance to solve problems
· High-energy, self-driven individual with an entrepreneurial approach to business
