BIM Coordinator

Position: Full time

Location: Denver, CO

As a BIM Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in managing 3D models, supporting engineering staff, and leading discipline coordination for large MEP projects. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology groups to streamline BIM workflows and maintain the accuracy of digital design content throughout all project phases.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Revit MEP models for large commercial and sports projects.
• Coordinate model content with architectural, structural, and consultant teams.
• Run clash detection in Navisworks and produce coordination reports.
• Maintain BIM standards, families, templates, and QA/QC procedures.
• Support engineers and designers with model setup, troubleshooting, and workflows.
