Proposal Coordinator

Metric is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our stellar marketing team. This person will produce the contents of RFP responses and able to produce the overall RFP response from inception to completion with minor assistance. This person will also be responsible for coordination information related to marketing materials for proposals, project profiles/stories, resumes, references, and services descriptions. Tracking potential projects from identification until win/loss evaluation. Strong writing, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are very highly important for the completion of deliverables. This is a hybrid position with the potential of working within any of Metric's offices in either Miami, Lake Mary, Jacksonville, Tampa, Chipley or Panama City.

Day-to-Day:

• Proposal / Letter of Response / Expanded Letter of Interest Compilation
• Initiation (Track advertisement, set up meetings, coordinate teaming, etc.)
• Gathering/requesting all proposal materials through multiple disciplines and offices
• Coordinating/editing write-ups and graphics
• Creation of info graphics
• Attending/facilitating draft and review session
• Compliance with RFP and other client documentation is a MUST
• Assists with coordination, set-up, and high-level editing of presentations, resumes, and any other marketing materials
• Schedules & tracks proposal meetings in advance of project advertisements with clients and coordinating with numerous team members’ schedules
• Assists with tracking/monitoring marketing programs for numerous governmental and private clients
• Assists with maintaining marketing plan submittals & filing system (hard files and electronic files)
• Writes, sends, and produces RFI materials for subconsultant efforts and to collect information for Metric’s Prime efforts
• Assists with maintaining relationships with clients and subconsultants as well as other offices
• Assists with conference coordination and planning activities as needed
• Assisting with corporate level tasks, such as reviewing the company website for outdated material, assisting with corporate communications, etc.
  
  

What you should bring:

• B.S. in marketing, communications, business, or related degree field preferred
• 5 years of similar experience with A/E firm or related industry
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, TEAMS Adobe Creative Suites (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Trello, Canva, and SharePoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills & organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight and multiple deadlines
• Understanding of and ability to comply with government agency RFP’s, RFQ’s, Qualification packages, etc.
• Experience with Vantagepoint/Deltek a plus
