BIM Coordinator
Position: Full-time
Location: Chicago, IL
We’re looking for a skilled BIM Coordinator to join our growing team and support the delivery of high-quality building designs on complex, fast-paced projects. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the most notorious sport projects in the US.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage BIM models across multiple disciplines to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
- Facilitate clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings to proactively identify and resolve design conflicts.
- Maintain and enforce BIM standards, workflows, and best practices across project teams.
- Support project delivery through model updates, drawing production, and coordination with designers, engineers, and external partners.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of BIM coordination or related experience in the AEC industry
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM coordination tools (Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience
