The Opportunity
The Quality Manager supports project teams by leading quality assurance and quality control efforts on major construction and industrial projects. This role partners closely with engineering, construction, subcontractors, and inspectors to ensure quality requirements are met from planning through execution.
This position is ideal for someone who wants ownership at the project level while building influence across multiple disciplines.
What You’ll Do
- Lead project-specific QA/QC programs and quality plans.
- Monitor subcontractor and supplier quality performance.
- Review drawings, specifications, and requirements for compliance.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, and third-party quality services.
- Resolve quality issues and support corrective actions.
- Provide clear field reporting and documentation.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Approximately 5–7 years of relevant construction or quality experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfort working in both office and active project environments.
