What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Clinical Specialist position at Metric Bio?
Field Clinical Specialist
Full-Time | Remote | Nashville, TN
I’m hiring a Clinical Specialist to join the growing U.S. field team of an innovative medical device company developing next-generation ablation technology for complex cardiac arrhythmias.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting EP procedures, physician and staff training, clinical study execution and the development of key accounts across the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic. You’ll work closely with electrophysiologists, EP lab teams and commercial leadership to support safe and effective product use while helping build adoption ahead of wider U.S. commercialization.
This role is ideal for someone with direct experience in electrophysiology, cardiac ablation or cardiac rhythm management who is clinically credible in the EP lab, commercially proactive and comfortable working independently within an early-stage environment. Nashville is strongly preferred, although Atlanta-based candidates may also be considered.
This rare and rewarding opportunity offers:
- Hands-on involvement supporting complex EP ablation procedures
- Opportunity to help advance a differentiated therapy within an underserved area of electrophysiology
- Direct responsibility for physician training, study-site support and account development
- Significant influence as an early member of the company’s U.S. field organisation
- Close collaboration with experienced Clinical, Commercial and Medical leadership
- Potential long-term progression into a Territory Manager position
- Competitive base salary, annual bonus, equity and comprehensive benefits
