GENERAL OVERVIEW

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions across the organization. This role partners closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruiting strategies, source top talent, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, product, cybersecurity, data, and other technology-focused roles in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Core duties and responsibilities include the following.

• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through offer and onboarding coordination.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, define hiring strategies, and support workforce planning.
• Administer the Predictive Index (PI) platform, including job profiling, candidate assessments, report generation, and behavioral insights.
• Coordinate with recruiters and staffing agencies to ensure an efficient hiring process and positive candidate experience.
• Manage agency relationships, vendor setup, contract compliance, placement fees, and temporary employee coordination.
• Facilitate structured interview processes, scheduling, feedback collection, and hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and Finance to support compensation benchmarking and offer development.
• Manage employee referral programs and track candidate progress through the recruitment pipeline.
• Maintain recruiting metrics, headcount reports, and recruitment dashboards while identifying opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and processes.

QUALIFICATIONS- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• 2 years recruiting technical positions including software engineering, IT infrastructure, DevOps, cloud, cybersecurity, product, or data roles.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday, iCIMS, Paylocity, or similar).
• Experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
• Strong interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred

• Experience recruiting in SaaS or technology companies.
• Experience supporting high-growth organizations.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and technical terminology.
• Experience with recruitment analytics and workforce planning.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS, or LinkedIn Recruiter Certification.
