As a Project Manager you will:
Provide onsite project management and be responsible for the completion of residential remodeling projects.
Supervise carpenters and subcontractors
Provide hands on carpentry, framing, demolition, site protection.
Coordinate scheduling and direct subcontractors
Maintain positive client experience
Expedite timely completion of the work
Manage the project costs
Navigate online platforms
Must Have:
High School Diploma
5 years of residential construction experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple assignments
Construction / Carpentry Skills
Knowledge of a broad range of construction methods
Positive attitude
Team player
Prefer to Have:
Associates or Bachelors degree
Experience with managing projects / people
Experience with managing subcontractors
Experience in Buildertrend and/or other project management software
