Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site Clinician role located in Randolph, MA. The Clinician will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic services, including individual and group psychotherapy, couples and marital therapy, and psychological evaluations. Additionally, the role will involve maintaining detailed clinical documentation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in case consultations to ensure quality care for clients. The Clinician will also have the opportunity to contribute to consultations with external agencies and institutions as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in delivering Individual and Group Psychotherapy, Couples and Marital Therapy, and Psychological Testing
- Experience in conducting Psychiatric Medication Evaluations and managing treatment plans
- Proficiency in detailed documentation, record-keeping, and case reporting
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaboration with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Licensure or certification as a mental health professional (e.g., LMHC, LICSW, or equivalent) in the state of Massachusetts
- Ability to provide culturally sensitive care and demonstrate empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with telehealth practices is beneficial
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required
