Position Overview:
New England Medical Group is an innovative company and a leader in the industry, providing integrative behavioral healthcare and addiction services. Our holistic approach seeks to bridge the gaps in services for people seeking medical and therapeutic professional support. The Clinician will oversee patient care and services for identified caseload, including group and individual services, family engagement, coordination of treatment, referral and collateral contacts, treatment planning, case management, and conducting clinical measurements/assessments to ensure the patient enjoys a cohesive treatment experience where all are working together toward the same goal. Services and caseload may vary based on particular need and job level.

Specific Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee patient care and services for identified caseload, including group and individual services, family engagement, coordination of treatment, referral and collateral contacts, treatment planning, case management, and conducting clinical measurements/assessments.
  • Ensure the patient enjoys a cohesive treatment experience where all are working together toward the same goal.
  • Services and caseload may vary based on particular need and job level.

 

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, or counseling fields and/or LADC II or equivalent specialty.
  • Master’s degree in related field with at least 1 year of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting OR a Bachelor’s degree and initial clinical licensure of certification, with 5 or more years serving as an individual clinician within the related field.
  • Master’s degree with Independent Licensure (LADC 1, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or related). At least 3 years of direct clinical experience in a behavioral healthcare or substance abuse setting.

 

Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment and uses standard office equipment. The noise level is usually moderate. 

 

Physical Demands:
Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently use hands to handle objects; occasionally stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; occasionally lift/move objects up to 25 pounds; specific vision abilities required. 

 

Travel:
Primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected. 

 


Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 1-9pm; Tuesdays and Thursdays 9-5pm.

Salary : $62,000 - $75,000
