Part time, 16 hours a week, hours are 10pm-6am in Assisted Living.
Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth
- Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment
- Assistance with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation
- Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)
- Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life
- Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant license preferred and/or experience in a Assisted Living
- High school graduate or equivalent is desired
- Experience with an aging population and caregiving
- Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
