Resident Care Assistant (Day Shift)-Creekside

Hours: 7:00am-7:00pm, rotating schedule with every other weekend off in Memory Support. 

Primary responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Works as part of a team to create an environment that encourages resident involvement and personal growth
• Delivery of exceptional care in a household environment
• Assistance with the delivery of an overall dining experience and the collaborative evaluation
• Assessment and implementation of programming that will mirror normal life activities of residents (to include the upkeep and management of personal living space)
• Mentally and emotionally engaging their interest and assist them in recapturing the value of community life

• Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Assistant license preferred and/or experience in a memory unit
• High school graduate or equivalent is desired
• Experience with an aging population and caregiving 
• Knowledge/ability to learn computer skills
