We are currently seeking a part time Courtesy Officer to work night shift (12am-8am). The Courtesy Officer serves as the first point of contact for guests, answers calls, patrols the building as well as the grounds, and assists with other duties as needed.
- Shift: 12 am- 8 am Tuesday-Saturday
- Serve as communication hub for visitors, residents and staff.
- Assist with clerical duties such as typing, copying and faxing.
- Utilize a POS system for front desk amenity payments.
- Generate work orders related to maintenance and IT request.
- Distribute mail to residents and staff mailboxes.
- Monitor pull-cord and pendant alert systems for possible resident assistance.
- May respond to emergency calls.
