At Methodist Rehabilitation Orthotics & Prosthetics, we're looking for a friendly and organized individual to join our team in the Ruston, LA office. Your main goal will be to keep our office running smoothly every day. You'll be the go-to person for making sure everything is in order, from answering phones to greeting patients and handling appointments.

Organize and coordinate daily office operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Handle multiline phone systems with a friendly and professional attitude.

Schedule patient appointments and manage the calendar efficiently.

Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.

Verify insurance details and handle pre-certification and billing tasks.

Perform other front office duties as needed to support the team.

Use your computer skills to manage correspondence and maintain records.

Understand and follow regulatory guidelines, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance requirements.

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Two or more years of office experience, including computer and word processing is preferred

Experience in managing correspondence is preferred

Two years with insurance verification, pre-certification, and billing is a plus

Understanding of regulatory guidelines, Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial Insurance is a plus

Good visual ability is required

Strong verbal and written communication skills is required
