What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse (RN) - 7 am - 7 pm - Brain Injury Unit (2511) position at Methodist Rehabilitation?
- Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Conduct patient and family teaching throughout the rehabilitation stay and prior to discharge.
- Provide care appropriate to the condition of the patient.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.

- 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse with current MS licensure
- Current BLS is required.
- CRRN and ACLS are preferred.
