Primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook food

Performs food delivery and service to the patients and café, takes care of all kitchen, dining, dish room needs

Set-up, maintain, breakdown and clean up all areas

Maintains a clean and sanitized work area including kitchen, café and dining

Deliver patient meals and collect empty trays
-
Unload delivery trucks
-
Stock and rotate supplies
-
Monitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as needed
-
Monitors and cleans food service equipment
-
Duties may also include cashier responsibilities

Set-up and serve catered events as required
Physical Demands

Involves constant standing, pulling of carts and equipment

Must be able to lift 40 pounds

Must be able to endure heat
-
Hours may be extended to meet the needs of the department
Shift

Hours may vary anytime between 6:00am - 7:00pm

PRN - As Needed

High school diploma or equivalent GED
-
2-3 years in a restaurant environment
-
Must have the ability to read and write
-
CPU experience is a plus.
