Primary responsibility will be to prepare and cook food

Help prepare patient and café tray line

Assures customer satisfaction
-
Set-up, maintain, breakdown and clean up all areas
-
Maintains a clean and sanitized work area including kitchen, café and dining
-
Deliver patient meals and collect empty trays
-
Unload delivery trucks
-
Stock and rotate supplies and work in dish room
-
Monitor all food temperatures to ensure they are in the correct range and replace as needed
-
Monitors and cleans food service equipment
-
Duties may also include cash register work
-
Set-up and serve catered events as required
Physical Demands:

Prolonged, extensive, or considerable standing/walking
-
Lifts supplies/equipment overhead
-
Considerable reaching, stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, pushing, and pulling of heavy equipment
Shift:

Full-time

40 hours/week

Hours may vary
-
Every Other Weekend
-
High School Diploma or equivalent is highly desired
-
2-3 years in a restaurant environment is a plus
-
Must have the ability to read and write

CPU experience is a plus
