Location: Insight Juvenile Crisis & Assessment Center, Butner, NC
Shift: Nights, 7PM – 7AM| 3–4 nights/week
Pay: $17–$19/hour (based on experience & education)

The Insight Juvenile Crisis & Assessment Center—operated by Methodist Home for Children in partnership with the NC Department of Public Safety—is seeking a night shift Assessment Center Supervisor to support and guide our youth care team.
What You’ll Do:
Supervise and support night-shift staff
Lead by example, ensuring compassionate, structured care for youth ages 10–17
Monitor safety, engage youth in assessment activities, and oversee the facility
What You’ll Bring:
At least 21 years old with a high school diploma
Previous experience supervising staff—especially in residential or juvenile services
A flexible spirit to work 12-hour shifts, weekends, and holidays
Valid NC driver’s license and successful screening/training completion
