Role Description
We are seeking a full-time HR Generalist to join our team on-site at our Greenville, SC location. The role involves overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and training. The HR Generalist will be a key player in fostering a positive workplace culture, supporting employee development, and ensuring adherence to company policies and labor regulations. This role requires hands-on collaboration with management and staff to support the organization's operations and goals.
Qualifications
- Human Resources expertise: Knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, compliance, and benefits administration
