We're looking for a hands-on Operator / General Manager to run the day-to-day business with experience managing crews, overseeing job quality, handling customer relationships, and driving growth.
This is a rare opportunity for someone who wants genuine ownership-level responsibility without putting up capital. You'll be the boots-on-the-ground leader of an established, cash-flowing business.
What You'll Do
- Lead and manage field crews - hiring, scheduling, performance management
- Oversee all operations: routing, equipment, job completion, and quality control
- Own customer relationships - estimate walkthroughs, issue resolution, retention
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships
- Track P&L, job margins, and weekly KPIs with ownership
- Drive revenue growth through upsells, referrals, and seasonal service expansion
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations
Pay: $90,000.00 per year
