Job Description: Responsible for administrative services for the executive management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for company-wide mail distribution.
- Responsible for inventory of company promotional items. Procure and distribute promotional products.
- Arrange travel accommodations (hotel and rental car, both local and out of town) for executive staff and support team.
- Run local errands (local purchases, lunch for meetings, post office runs, etc.). Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Organize and execute company events. (Contest, drawings, customer events, cookouts, group photos, holiday cards, holiday events, etc.)
- Organize meeting planning and setup. (Drinks, snacks, condiments, lunch, room reservation, signage, etc.)
- Organize employee morale events.
- Develop and display internal event communication models. (Signs, posters, banners, emails, announcements).
- Serve as research assistant on specialty projects.
- Contract and maintain water coolers and vending machines.
- Respond to questions and requests for information.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by management and see the programs through to completion.
- Collect suggestions from the employee suggestion boxes in our locations.
- Process invoices and payment requests.
- Daily replenishment of snacks and drinks in conference rooms.
- Responsible for storage room organization.
- Assist with invitation letters for support team.
- Upkeep of business contracts and possible negotiations with current and new vendors.
- Administrative duties and other duties as required as assigned.
- Assist HR as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- One-year experience in Office Administration.
- Experience in Microsoft Windows.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
