Job Description – Polisher
Located in Charleston, South Carolina, Lowland Tavern serves simple, modern comfort food. With a focus on supporting the abundance of the Lowcountry, alongside a worldly wine list and curated cocktails, Executive Chef Matt Dion and his team hosts a nightly Southern-inspired dinner party.
Polisher Job Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:
- Assist the front of house team with polishing all silverware, glassware and plate ware for service
- Adhere to established service standards and protocols
- Assist servers in proper rotation and polishing of glassware, silverware, and other service items
- Come to work prepared with appropriate tools, laundered and pressed uniform, correct shoes, and a good attitude
- Commitment to high standards with impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Keep work station clean and organized
