What You'll Do
- Leading the implementation and integration of AI tools within our organizational database and analytics workflows.
- Driving A/B testing strategy and analysis to inform product improvements and measure user impact.
- Building, maintaining, and scaling dashboards and reporting systems that empower teams with real-time insights.
- Leveraging LLM tooling to create automation, enhance personalization, and improve analytical efficiency.
- Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to define key success metrics and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into strategy, ensuring AI-driven insights directly inform product roadmaps.
- Managing your own workflow and priorities with minimal supervision, proactively identifying opportunities for AI adoption and data optimization.
- 3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or related fields.
- Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience with AI tools, including LLMs - from implementation to optimization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large-scale datasets.
- Proven track record of independently running A/B tests and translating results into actionable product recommendations.
- Advanced skills with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and the ability to design intuitive dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects without close supervision, thriving in an environment that values initiative and ownership.
- Exceptional communication skills to present technical and analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Prior experience working in a startup environment, with adaptability and resilience.
- Familiarity with Python or R for deeper statistical analysis.
- Exposure to fitness technology or consumer-facing AI products.
