Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to support company growth
- Lead and manage marketing managers and cross-functional teams
- Oversee digital advertising campaigns, including planning, execution, and performance measurement
- Manage the company website and coordinate updates with third-party vendors
- Direct and grow our social media presence across platforms
- Manage external PR partners, events, media outreach, and key relationships
- Oversee in-house creative teams, agencies, and content writers
- Support lead generation and business development initiatives
- Maintain hands-on involvement in campaign planning, execution, and analytics, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and website optimization
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a strong desire to learn and grow
