What You'll Do
- Execute and optimize multi-channel growth campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO, paid media, outbound, and events.
- Support growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and conversion to identify new opportunities for scale.
- Analyze campaign and funnel performance, build reporting, and uncover actionable insights.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on onboarding, lifecycle, referral, and product-led growth initiatives.
- Help execute conferences, customer events, webinars, and field marketing programs.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Sales, Product, Customer Success, and company leadership on strategic initiatives.
- Take ownership of cross-functional projects that help accelerate company growth.
- 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, business operations, consulting, startups, strategy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into action.
- Highly resourceful, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excitement for startups, AI, and high-growth environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute wherever needed.
- Experience with B2B SaaS.
- Exposure to growth experimentation, GTM systems, or product-led growth.
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, CRM platforms, or growth tools.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
