This is a highly impactful, hands-on role focused on driving conversion, improving site performance, and maximizing the efficiency of marketing spend. You will play a key role in scaling the ecommerce business and building a more efficient growth engine.

Responsibilities
Website Performance & Conversion
- Own conversion rate (CVR), site performance, and revenue growth from the ecommerce channel
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve funnel performance, reduce drop-off, and increase AOV
- Continuously optimize site speed, UX, and overall customer experience
- Build and execute a structured A/B testing roadmap across landing pages, PDPs, checkout, and overall site experience
- Focus on high-impact improvements vs incremental “piecemeal” changes
- Use data to validate hypotheses and guide decision-making
- Analyze performance across the full funnel (traffic? behavior? conversion)
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for a non-technical, design-led team
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure insights inform broader business decisions
- Own relationship with paid media agency (currently focused on Meta)
- Evaluate performance and ensure marketing spend is being used efficiently
- Provide input on channel expansion and overall growth strategy
- Contribute to an upcoming website rebuild
- Ensure the new site is built with performance, speed, and conversion in mind
- Collaborate with internal team and external partners (not responsible for managing design execution)
- Improved conversion rate and reduced bounce rate

- Clear, data-driven understanding of performance
- More effective use of paid media spend
- A scalable foundation for continued ecommerce growth
- 6–10 years of experience in ecommerce growth, CRO, or digital performance roles
- Strong DTC ecommerce experience (physical product preferred)
- Proven track record improving conversion and driving revenue through site optimization
- Hands-on experience with testing, analytics, and performance optimization
- Experience with tools such as Shopify, Google Analytics, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work across large data sets
- Experience working alongside paid media teams/agencies and understanding how site performance impacts acquisition
- Highly collaborative, low ego
- Curious and proactive, identifies problems and solves them
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, low-structure environment
- Strong communicator who can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights
- Willing to take risks, test ideas, and iterate quickly
