Account Executive

New York, Hybrid: In-office Tuesday through Thursday

Our client is on a mission to revolutionize how companies manage their people through the power of AI.

We’re seeking someone who has successfully taken a SaaS product from a high-growth Series A/B/C startup and scaled it within mid-market organizations, laying the groundwork for future enterprise expansion. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maturing our mid-market sales motion while helping define the path to enterprise over time.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
  • Proven experience selling in fast-paced Series A, B, or C startup environments
  • Demonstrated success running mid-market sales cycles end-to-end, including cold outreach, discovery and qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
  • Experience adapting sales motions and deal strategy to support increasingly complex buyer environments as segments scale
  • Strong experience in deal strategy, structuring, and pricing negotiations
  • Consistent track record of negotiating and closing deals with $20K ACVs
  • History of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas, with a strong focus on surpassing annual targets
  • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a strong sense of ownership
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels

  • Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Action-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
