We’re seeking someone who has successfully taken a SaaS product from a high-growth Series A/B/C startup and scaled it within mid-market organizations, laying the groundwork for future enterprise expansion. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maturing our mid-market sales motion while helping define the path to enterprise over time.

In this role, you’ll be instrumental in maturing our mid-market sales motion while helping define the path to enterprise over time.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B SaaS sales
- Proven experience selling in fast-paced Series A, B, or C startup environments
- Demonstrated success running mid-market sales cycles end-to-end, including cold outreach, discovery and qualification, product demonstrations, negotiation, and close
- Experience adapting sales motions and deal strategy to support increasingly complex buyer environments as segments scale
- Strong experience in deal strategy, structuring, and pricing negotiations
- Consistent track record of negotiating and closing deals with $20K ACVs
- History of meeting or exceeding quarterly quotas, with a strong focus on surpassing annual targets
- Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders across all levels
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- High level of drive, discipline, creativity, and motivation
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Action-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, customers, and internal stakeholders
