Job Description

Our client, a high-growth generative AI infrastructure company is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a select portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts with a focus on long-term growth and retention.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to expand adoption and increase consumption revenue.
  • Partner with engineering and product teams to scope, design, and deliver complex customer solutions.
  • Own and exceed a consumption-based revenue target, ensuring accuracy in forecasting and reporting.
  • Analyze account metrics to uncover trends, surface insights, and guide strategic decisions.
  • Lead customer engagements—including QBRs, executive briefings, and industry events—to showcase company’s impact.
  • Track key developments across the AI and Generative Media landscape to inform customer strategy and product feedback.

Qualifications:

  • 6 years of experience selling to software developers, engineering, or data teams in enterprise environments.
  • Proven record of managing $10M annual revenue portfolios and achieving or exceeding quota for 3 years.
  • Expertise in designing and executing complex, multi-stakeholder deal strategies.
  • Experience working directly with C-level executives and navigating large enterprise organizations.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Skilled at leading customer events (CABs, conferences, product launches) and synthesizing
