Method Dental Lab is growing, and we're looking for experienced Certified Dental Technicians (CDTs) who are ready to take the next step in their careers. We are currently hiring for two key leadership positions:
- Implant Department Manager
- Quality Control Manager
These are unique opportunities to lead critical departments within a modern, fast-growing dental laboratory focused on quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
We're looking for individuals who don't just want to produce great work, but who want to build systems, mentor technicians, solve complex cases, and help elevate the standard of care throughout the laboratory.
Implant Department Manager
Lead our Implant Department by overseeing workflows, mentoring technicians, troubleshooting complex implant cases, and ensuring every restoration meets the highest standards of precision and quality.
Quality Control Manager
Lead our Quality Control Department by establishing and maintaining quality standards, inspecting completed restorations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with department heads to reduce remakes while ensuring consistent excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Current Certified Dental Technician (CDT) certification (required).
- Extensive dental laboratory experience.
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
