What You’ll Do
As a Mill Department Technician, you’ll oversee the daily operation of our milling department and play a critical role in ensuring consistent production quality.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate and manage CNC milling equipment used to manufacture dental restorations.
- Prepare and monitor production jobs using dental CAD/CAM software and digital workflows.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, calibration, and preventative care to keep equipment operating at its best.
- Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate repairs when needed.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce downtime, and increase consistency.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CAD/CAM workflows (dental experience preferred but not required).
- Mechanical aptitude with basic equipment maintenance experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
