The Role

Prepare and plate dishes consistently, maintain an organized station, and support smooth kitchen service at Rosemary Rose.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare menu items according to recipes, portions, and plating standards.
• Set up, stock, clean, and close your station.
• Monitor food quality and timing throughout service.
• Label, date, store, and rotate ingredients properly.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen procedures.
• Communicate with the culinary team and assist with prep as needed.
  
  

Who You Are

• Previous line cook experience preferred.
• Strong cooking fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure and take direction.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  
  

Working Conditions/Environment: Standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, balancing, squatting, reaching, and stretching for eight hours daily; fast-paced movement throughout the property; lifting, carrying, pulling, or moving at least 50 pounds. These conditions represent those typically encountered when performing the role’s essential functions.
