What are the responsibilities and job description for the Banquet Host position at Method Co.?
Anthology Events is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Banquet Greeter. Candidates must have a friendly and professional demeanor, work well on a team, and be comfortable on their feet for several hours at a time. You will be responsible for greeting guests upon arrival and assisting with various duties through the Event.
Additional duties include but are not limited to:
Assist with cleanliness throughout the Event.
Providing concierge style assistance to guests.
Handling coat check.
Restocking Bathrooms.
Notify floor manager or security personnel about potential issues
Polished presentation and communication with VIP clients and management.
Escorting guest from lobby to event space
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel, restaurant, or banquet setting.
Experience in a fine dining service environment.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Maintain high energy throughout events amongst clients and staff.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
